A Message from James Evans, Owner of Village Green Landscaping

Hi all,

When Tom first approached me about integrating our companies together, I couldn't have been more excited. We have very similar philosophies around service expectations, responsiveness, and professionalism. Many of you live in neighborhoods that we already service and know well.

A few notes about us:

• We are a full-service landscape management company. Our in-house teams provide landscape maintenance, mowing, gardening, irrigation, lawn care, seasonal cleanups, mulching, pruning, holiday décor, and much more. Our construction division also specializes in patios, walkways, retaining walls, landscape lighting, plantings, and other outdoor living projects.

• Nearly everything is handled by our own team. More than 99% of the services we provide are performed by Village Green employees who are trained to our standards. For specialized work outside our scope—such as large tree removals, paving, or well installations—we maintain relationships with trusted local partners.

• Village Green has been serving clients for 41 years, and several of our managers and team members have been with us for more than 30 years. We also have clients who have trusted us for 25+ years, spanning multiple generations. We take a long-term, relationship-driven approach with both our clients and our team, and we believe that commitment shows.

• You'll have one primary point of contact. Your dedicated account manager will oversee every aspect of your property, coordinate our teams, and ensure you have an exceptional experience. While they'll be your day-to-day contact, my door is always open if there's ever anything I can help with personally.

• Beginning August 1, all new invoices will be issued through Village Green's billing system. Any outstanding Hayden Landscape invoices should continue to be paid through Hayden Landscape, just as you have in the past.

• We also provide snow and ice management services. To maintain the high level of responsiveness our clients expect, we currently offer snow services exclusively to our landscaping clients.
